Requirements
You can apply for the Redefine Learnership if you meet ALL the following criteria:
- You are a South African citizen
- You are between the ages of 18 and 25 years
- You have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- You have a post-matric qualification (an undergraduate diploma or degree)
- You have NO tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2027
- You have NOT completed any previous learnerships
- You are willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme
- You do not have a criminal record
Responsibilities
As a dedicated member of the team, you will:
- Actively engage in structured, on-the-job training and mentoring alongside our specialist professionals in functional areas such as Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other specialist areas
- Participate in essential workshops and seminars to build critical business skills
- Complete assigned tasks and projects, contributing to real-world success
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve collective goals
