Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of sales/business development experience and 2-5 years in key industrial fields (OEMs, End Users, FMCG, Logistics, and other technical manufacturers and resellers.)
  • Strong sales & business development focus.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Knowledge and understanding of filtration-related products will be advantageous.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term vision.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Syspro.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development by actively calling on existing and finding new customers.
  •  Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • The ability to prepare and present Tectra’s product offering to customers.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Identify and target new customers and users of Tectra products.
  • On-site evaluation of customer requirements, preparation of quotations, and follow-up of customer orders.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product range.
  • Initiating, planning, and executing sales calls
