Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of sales/business development experience and 2-5 years in key industrial fields (OEMs, End Users, FMCG, Logistics, and other technical manufacturers and resellers.)
- Strong sales & business development focus.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge and understanding of filtration-related products will be advantageous.
- Strategic thinking and long-term vision.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and Syspro.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development by actively calling on existing and finding new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- The ability to prepare and present Tectra’s product offering to customers.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Identify and target new customers and users of Tectra products.
- On-site evaluation of customer requirements, preparation of quotations, and follow-up of customer orders.
- Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the product range.
- Initiating, planning, and executing sales calls
