The program provides structured theoretical and practical workplace training, including mentorship from competent miners, to develop the skills and competencies required for a Miner role.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate – Bachelor Pass (60% Maths Literacy; 50% pure Maths is an advantage)
- South African Citizen with a valid ID, residing in host communities
- Medically fit for the specific role and working environment
- Good communication skills
- No criminal record
