Requirements
- 18.2 Learner Miner: NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Clear security screening record.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Advantageous Qualifications
- 18.2 Learner Miner: Relevant experience in a relevant environment will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks.
- Complete all modules of the development programme within the specified timeframe.
- Escalate queries and concerns regarding the programme and its completion, where required.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements.
- Conduct all work according to the required standard, specifications, and training requirements.
- Attend SHE meetings as and when required.
- Ensure that the prescribed safety equipment is worn and/ or used.
- Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on-the-job” risk assessment.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Compile developmental progress reports for progress discussion with the relevant stakeholders.
- Report all inconsistencies and obstacles.
- Report and communicate ideas and recommendations.
