Kia SA Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026. Kia South Africa invites unemployed youth aged between 18 and 29, residing in Polokwane, Nelspruit, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape, to apply for the 2026 Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.

Successful candidates will gain the following during the 12-months structured programme:

Mentorship and guided skills development from experienced professionals
Practical workplace experience and training within a reputable automotive organisation
Exposure to industry‑specific knowledge and experience to enhance your CV
A monthly stipend in line with YES Programme guidelines

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must be:

Aged between 18 and 29 years old, currently unemployed
A South African citizen with a valid ID
Grade 12 / Matric (additional qualifications are advantageous)
Clear criminal record
Must not have participated in a YES Programme previously
