Clover: Call Centre Learnership Programme 2026. Clover is looking for new talent to join the Call Centre Learnership Programme. Successful applicants will spend the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Customer Service Centre offices in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, while also attending the prescribed training classes. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will obtain an NQF qualification and gain valuable experience in a world-class call centre environment.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Grade 12/Matric completed within the past five years (2021–2025)
- A minimum average of 55% for English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Currently unemployed
- Applicants must not have participated in a learnership programme before
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service
- Handle all inbound and outbound interactions
- Resolve queries and complaints via the relevant stakeholders
Capture and confirm customer orders
- Capture orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list
- Inform customers of account on hold
- Confirm customer orders as per standard operations procedures
- Inform relevant stakeholders of issues about their orders
Sell Clover and Principal products as per customer range
- Offer new or additional products (describe features and special offers)
Promote teamwork and cooperation
- Assist team members to obtain team results
- Share the responsibility to get the job done
- Support team values

- Take responsibility for visual management of information
