Responsibilities
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Stock Management: Count, document, and manage stock levels, including unpacking and organizing products.
- Visual Merchandising: Create attractive displays, plan store layouts, and design signs and ads to grab customers’ attention.
- Product Maintenance: Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and maintained, including removing old or damaged products.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide product advice, handle customer complaints, and respond to queries and requests.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store area, including the store room, clean, tidy, and uncluttered.
- Key Deliverables: Accurate stock records and product displays, Attractive and well-maintained store displays, Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, Excellent customer service and product knowledge, Maintained store cleanliness and organization
Requirements
